On the above date and time officers were dispatched to investigate a case where an unknown male defecated on the victimís porch overnight. The victim had a surveillance system that recorded the deed. The victim posted the video to social media and called police. The suspect was recognized by the social media audience. Officers were able to confirm the identity of the suspect and ultimately located and arrested him. The suspect is identified as 33 year old Colorado Springs resident Steven Stanulonis. He was served and released on a summons for Disorderly Conduct which is a Class one Petty Offense.

On 05-02-17 at approximately 0318 hours, officers with the Gold Hill Division responded to a reported burglary that occurred in the 100 block of South Tejon Street, involving at least 2 businesses. Security officers located an individual inside the building and were able to take a photograph of the subject before the individual left the scene.
On 05-03-17 at approximately 1145 hours, Gold Hill Officer Fletcher observed an individual matching the description of the suspect in the 1600 block of South Nevada Avenue and made contact. The suspect was identified and taken into custody for the burglary. The investigation is ongoing and the suspect's name and photo will not be released at this time pending further follow-up by investigators.

On the above date and time, officers from the Sand Creek Division were dispatched to a motel on N. Murray Blvd regarding a child abuse. The investigation revealed that the suspect, Marissa Goodman, left her five young children alone in a room for at least a day without and food or supervision. The children were found and cared for by the motel staff while waiting for PD to respond. Officers were unable to locate or contact Goodman for several hours. Goodman was cited for Child Abuse. DHS was notified and responded.

On the above date and time, Officers from the Sand Creek Division were dispatched to 600 Bryce Dr. on a report of a weapons violation. It was reported that several juveniles appeared to be waiting outside a house and that one of them had a handgun. The suspects left the area prior to officersí arrival. While checking the area, officers located four people matching the suspectsí description walking on foot. The parties were detained and a handgun was recovered from one of the juveniles. An adult male party, identified as Martavius Francis, was found to have an outstanding warrant for aggravated robbery. It was believed that the suspects were possibly attempting to commit a robbery at a nearby residence. The juvenile suspect was arrested for the weapons violation and Francis was arrested on his warrant.

On the above date and time, Officers from the Sand Creek Division observed a suspicious vehicle traveling on S. Murray Blvd. The officers conducted a traffic stop on the vehicle in the 4200 block of Apollo Village Cr. During the investigation, it was learned that the driver of the vehicle, John Williams, was in possession of illegal narcotics. It was also learned that one of the passengers, Christopher Jacobs, was in possession of a loaded handgun as well as illegal narcotics. Williams was arrested for possession of the narcotics. Jacobs was arrested for the narcotics as well as being a felon in possession of a firearm. Both parties were transported to the El Paso County Criminal Justice Center.

8550 CHARITY DR, COLORADO SPRINGS, CO 80920
Location
On May 1, 2017, a little after 3:00PM, a ten year old boy was playing in the playground at Academy International Elementary School, located at 8550 Charity Drive. As the child was leaving the playground area and starting to walk home on Summerhill Drive, an unknown male driving a newish, black in color SUV, similar to a Toyota 4Runner with running boards approached the child. The child described the vehicle as all being black with chrome rims and darkly tinted windows.
The male suspect asked the child if he wanted a ride home. When the child refused a ride home, the suspect then yelled, ordering the child to get into the vehicle several times. The child then began running from the area as the SUV followed for approximately 40 yards. The victim of the attempted kidnapping hid in nearby bushes for a few minutes until he heard the suspect drive off at a high rate of speed. The child was unable to see the suspect through the dark tint but described him as having a deep voice.

3400 Windjammer Dr.

On 5/1/2017 at approximately 0200 hours Officers were dispatched to a reported Burglary in-progress at a residence in the 3400 block of Windjammer Dr. While arriving in the area Officers saw a male wearing all dark clothing walking through the neighborhood. The male, 18 year-old Colorado Springs resident Skyler Vincent, fled on foot when he saw the Officer. After a short foot pursuit other Officers arrived in the area and set up containment around where Mr. Vincent was last seen. K-9 Officer Alan Radke and his partner Ozzie arrived to assist with a search for the suspect. K-9 Ozzie showed tremendous patience, skill, and tenacity while doing an extensive yard to yard search for over 1 hour and not giving up until finding Mr. Vincent hiding in a back yard. Officers later located multiple unlocked vehicles in the Windjammer Neighborhood that appeared to have been entered and rummaged through. If anyone finds that their car was one that was entered please call 444-7000 to report it and reference it to call screen number 17175420.

On 04/29/17, Gold Hill officers were dispatched to the 700 block of W. Colorado Ave to investigate a reported robbery. Upon arrival officers located the victim who had been pepper sprayed. Investigation revealed that the victim had a female friend come over to his residence. Shortly after the female arrived, she asked to borrow the victimís phone to call a male friend of hers. An unknown party arrived at the victimís house and when he went to answer the door the female used a Taser on the victims back while the person at the door sprayed the victim with pepper spray. The victim was able to run out of his residence and ran to a nearby business who notified the police. The victim reported that is appears as if no items were taken from his residence.
