PPRDA campaign calls NOT from City
Thursday, October 16, 2014

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. — The City of Colorado Springs has been made aware of campaign phone calls related to the ballot initiative to create a Pikes Peak Regional Drainage Authority (PPRDA) in which the Caller ID appears to be from the City of Colorado Springs.

“These campaign calls did not originate from the City of Colorado Springs,” said Chief of Staff Steve Cox. “City Code prohibits the City of Colorado Springs and its employees from using City resources to support or to oppose election issues.”
