Child Enticements Involving White Van

General Information: Since June there have been several incidents reported which involve children being followed and approached by male occupants of a white van. In most cases the van drove along slowly watching the children and in several incidents one or two male occupants got out of the van and chased the children.

Suspect Information: In several incidents, two men were reported in the van, these cases describe the duo as a Hispanic male in his 30’s to 40’s along with a White male in his 30’s to 40’s. Another case describes one mixed race male in his 20’s to 30’s with olive skin and a colored tattoo on his right forearm. That suspect may have a tattoo shaped similar to a gun on his outer right calf.

Suspect Vehicle Information:  The van is usually described as a full size white van with tinted windows. It may not have side windows. It was described as being “full size similar to a panel van except it had dark tinted windows on both sides of the back”. Others described the vehicle as a white box moving type truck and also as a white work van with ladder racks but no ladders.
