Meetings occur quarterly. The next meeting has not been scheduled yet.
The Development Review Enterprise is appointed by City Council to provide: 1) customer feedback regarding service delivery; 2) advice on the specific fee structure for the enterprise, including the appropriate distribution of fees among project types and the amount of fees and revenue that should be collected to adequately support the enterprise; and 3) customer input into the business process modificaitons that should be explored by the enterprise.
The members shall be composed of:
Three (3) members nominated by the Affiliated Commercial Construction Associations (ACCA) to represent the various subgroups within the ACCA (i.e., architects, design engineers, civil engineers, general contractors and subcontractors);
Two (2) members to be nominated by the Home Builders Association (HBA) to represent homebuilders and developers;
One City Planning Commissioner;
One citizen at large; and
The Mayor shall appoint a staff member to act as liaison between the City and the Customer Advisory Committee.
