Description: Proposed improvements include construction
of a grade-separated single point urban interchange. Austin
Bluffs Parkway will pass over Union Boulevard on a bridge.
Entrance and exit ramps will be provided from Austin Bluffs,
intersecting with Union at a single signalized intersection.
Union will be widened at the intersection to allow double
left-turn lanes and right-turn lanes for traffic operations.
Three through lanes in each direction will continue on Union.
