of the Citizens Resource Group (CRG) were finalized in November 2001,
and were presented to City Council at the November 26, 2001 Informal
City Council Meeting. Those recommendations can be viewed by "clicking"

At the November 26, 2001 City Council meeting, Council asked to see
the East-West Mobility Study Final Report, when it is complete. City
Council also asked that City staff recommendations for east-west travel
improvements be prepared and be presented to Council at a future meeting.
The East-West Mobility Study Final Report, prepared by the consulting
firm BRW, is now complete. Volume 1 of the report can be viewed by
"clicking" on the link below. Volume 1 is the main part
of the report. It describes the study process and technical analysis,
and presents the recommendations of the Citizens Resource Group. A
print copy of Volume 1 can be picked up between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m.
at Suite 405 of the City Administration Building located at 30 S.
Nevada Avenue.
Volume 2 of the report is a summary of the meetings and public outreach
efforts that took place throughout the study. It contains minutes
from the CRG and Technical Resource Committee meetings, project newsletters,
comments documented from neighborhood associations and from the public
open house meetings, and e-mail comments received at the project web
site. Volume 2 of the Study Report can be reviewed at three locations:

Staff recommendations from the East-West Mobility Study are being
developed. They will be presented to City Council at the February
