he recommendations of the Citizens Resource Group (CRG) were finalized in November 2001, and were presented to City Council at the November 26, 2001 Informal City Council Meeting. Those recommendations can be viewed by "clicking" on the link below.

At the November 26, 2001 City Council meeting, Council asked to see the East-West Mobility Study Final Report, when it is complete. City Council also asked that City staff recommendations for east-west travel improvements be prepared and be presented to Council at a future meeting.

The East-West Mobility Study Final Report, prepared by the consulting firm BRW, is now complete. Volume 1 of the report can be viewed by "clicking" on the link below. Volume 1 is the main part of the report. It describes the study process and technical analysis, and presents the recommendations of the Citizens Resource Group. A print copy of Volume 1 can be picked up between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. at Suite 405 of the City Administration Building located at 30 S. Nevada Avenue.

Volume 2 of the report is a summary of the meetings and public outreach efforts that took place throughout the study. It contains minutes from the CRG and Technical Resource Committee meetings, project newsletters, comments documented from neighborhood associations and from the public open house meetings, and e-mail comments received at the project web site. Volume 2 of the Study Report can be reviewed at three locations:

Suite 405 of the City Administration Building

Suite 200 of the City Hall
