Colorado Springs East-West Mobility Study will look at east/west transportation
issues within an area bounded by I-25 on the west, Woodmen Road on the north,
Martin Luther King/US 24 Bypass on the south, and Powers Boulevard on the
east. The study will identify transportation issues and community interests,
and evaluate a full range of mobility options that will protect neighborhoods
and improve east-west travel in the core area of Colorado Springs.
The study will use a community-based decision making process to engage residents, businesses, property owners, and agencies in
developing transportation options that improve mobility and reinforce neighborhoods. Please open the links on this website to the Community Based
