Title
3015 Illinois Ave.
Location
On March 23, 2014, the Colorado Springs Police Department received a call from a female reporting that her two children were not returned to her after they spent the night with her ex-boyfriend Michael Bobian and his roommate. The mother told police that Bobian was supposed to drop the two children off at her residence at approximately 3:00 p.m on March 23, 2014. The mother said shortly before 3:00 p.m. on March 23rd, she received a telephone call from Bobian. Bobian refused to return her children. Police attempted to contact Bobian with no success.
Due to Bobian’s unwillingness to give the children back to their mother, the Violent Crimes Homicide Unit responded to investigate this kidnapping. On March 24, 2014 at approximately 5am, the two children were recovered unharmed and returned to their mother. Although Bobian’s location is currently unknown, his girlfriend, Juanita Gonzales was taken into custody for accessory to this kidnapping.
An arrest warrant, for Bobian, was obtained for 2nd Degree Kidnapping, a class 4 Felony. Additionally, he is wanted on an unrelated warrant for narcotics violations. Bobian is described as a Hispanic male, 39 years old, 5’06”, black hair, brown eyes and may have a black beard. He also has a scar on his chin. It is unknown if he has access to a vehicle.

Location
The Colorado Springs Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in locating the following fourteen fugitives.

The CSPD Financial Crimes Unit has completed a several months’ long investigation into a criminal racketeering organization which has been defrauding local financial institutions causing a loss of about $42,000.00.

The organization which consisted of several organizers, would recruit people to open bank accounts using their own identities. Once the accounts were open the organizers would have the recruits deposit stolen checks to artificially inflate the account balances. The recruits would turn over the new debit cards to the organizers who would then use the debit cards to make ATM withdrawals of the funds before the bank was able to process the stolen checks through the Federal Reserve System. In most cases the recruited persons would receive some monetary compensation.

During the investigation it was found that the organizers were also laundering the ATM money through vehicle purchases.
