The suspect is described as a black male, 5'06" tall, thin build wearing a black hat, tan scarf over his face, a black coat, dark pants and gloves.

On Sunday, Jan. 13, 2013 at approximately 9:07pm, officers responded to 7840 Scarborough Dr. in Colorado Springs to a suspicious incident. The victim/resident reported that he was in the living room of his residence when he heard a light knock on his front door. The victim said he opened the door a small amount and saw an unidentified male standing on the front porch aiming what looked like a semi-automatic style handgun at him. The victim said he reacted quickly by slamming the door shut and locking it. He said the unknown suspect made no attempt to force the door open and must have ran away. The victim could only describe the supect as possibly a White or Hispanic male in his 20's, approximately 5'9" to 5'10" in height, wearing a light colored hoodie with unknown dark writing on the front. No one in the residence was injured and nothing was taken. K-9 responded and a short track led to the east where some visible footprints in some light snow ended at a street where a car could have been. No further information was available.

The Major Accident Unit is conducting an investigation into a single vehicle roll over traffic accident on Highway 115 south of Cheyenne Mtn. Blvd. Highway 115 is closed between Cheyenne Mtn. Blvd and Cheyenne Meadows. Initial investigation indicates that light colored 2 door Saturn was traveling south bound on 115 and ran off the roadway into the median and rolled. The single occupant was ejected and died at the scene.

Saturday, January 12, 2013, at approximately 6:54 PM the Police Department received the report of a man laying unconscious but breathing in the alley south of the 500 block of west Colorado Ave.
Upon arrival officers located the individual and observed that he was also bleeding. The man was transported by medical personnel to a local hospital.
At approximately 7:20 PM the man was pronounced dead. He was 55 years of age. His name is not being released pending notification of the next of kin.
The police department is conducting an investigation into this incident as a suspicious death investigation.

Officers were dispatched to the 7-11 store, 5 S. Circle Drive, to contact a victim of a personal robbery. Officers contacted the male victim and learned that he had gone to the Grandview Apartments, 2500 E. Pikes Peak Avenue, to visit a friend. When he was walking in the parking lot he was approached by three unknown males, and one of the males displayed a handgun and ordered the victim to empty his pockets. The suspects took personal belongings from the victim.
The suspects may have left the area in a gold colored four door vehicle. It is unknown which direction they left in.
The suspects were described as three black males in their twenties, between 5'11" to 6' tall with medium builds. They were all wearing dark colored clothing to include hooded sweatshirts.
