Title
N Carefree Cr and Wilkerson Pass
Location
On 4/05/13 at approximately 5:58PM Officer James Allen was on routine patrol when he saw a male riding a bright green dirt bike. Officer Allen recognized the dirt bike and the male as matching the description of a burglary suspect from 4/04/14.

Officer Allen attempted to contact the male on the bright green dirt bike. The male took off on a trail, refusing to stop for Officer Allen. Officers began tracking the suspect on foot. They eventually located the dirt bike and several items of clothing the suspect had been wearing. They continued checking the area, eventually locating the suspect on Wilkerson Pass Dr. The bright green dirt bike the suspect had been riding had been reported stolen during a storage unit burglary on 03/05/14.

The suspect was identified as David Neese, a 39 year old male. He was taken into custody for 2nd Degree Burglary and Felony Eluding. The investigation is continuing.
