Data provided in the sex offender lists is in compliance with House Bill 05-1035. The Wanted list contains all adult registered sex offenders who have a current warrant for their arrest. The general sex offender lists are for adult registered sex offenders who have committed a Felony. This data does not contain adults who have committed a misdemeanor or any records from juvenile offenders.
