Event Registration The following events have a limited number of spots. Please send us an email with the events you want to attend.
Wednesday, November 14	Cheyenne Mountain Zoo Depart 1:00 PM  -- Return 4:00 PM
Thursday, November 15	US Olympic Training Center tour Depart 10:00 AM  -- Return 3:00 PM
Friday, November 16	Garden of the Gods tour with lunch at the visitor's center Depart 10:00 AM  -- Return 3:00 PM
Friday, November 16	Cripple Creek Night Depart 6:00 PM  -- Return 11:00 PM $10.00 per person, minimum 35 people - maximum allowed 100
Each event will have space for 35 people and transportation will be provided. Except for the Cripple Creek night, there will be no cost to the participants. If there's a lot of interest we may be able to expand our offerings, however that will be determined as we get closer to the conference date. All of these events are weather dependent.
Saturday, November 17	The golf event has been cancelled.
Transportation
If you are flying in to the Colorado Springs Airport and do not have other transportation such as a rental car, there are several options for transportation to and from the Broadmoor Hotel: The Broadmoor Shuttle costs $30 for a roundtrip from the Airport to the Broadmoor Hotel, but advance registration is required. Please contact the Broadmoor Hotel at 888-577-5769 and provide your flight information, including arrival and departure times to make a reservation. The Comfort Inn (the designated overflow hotel) does not have an airport shuttle, however they will be providing a shuttle to and from the Broadmoor Hotel during the conference. If you are staying at a hotel/motel other than The Broadmoor or Comfort Inn, you should contact them for information concerning transportation. Colorado Springs Yellow Cab is available at the airport and costs approximately $25-30 one-way to the hotel. You can contact Yellow Cab at 719-777-7777 if you have questions. On a limited basis, there may be transportation for you from the airport to the hotel by members of the Colorado Springs Police Department. A shuttle van will be running on a part-time schedule. You may contact the CALEA Welcome Office in the Colorado Springs Airport Terminal adjacent to the Police Airport Office to check on availability of the shuttle van. There will be no charge for this shuttle, but no reservations can be taken and the service is not guaranteed to be available.
