DisapprovedCHEMICAL INVENTORY, AS DECLARED SEE ELECTRONIC DOCUMENTS: Owner Statement: "No chemicals materials and no extractions will be done in the greenhouse." (plans as submitted) Owner's declaration: that LPG will be stored or used on site,however, no amounts, locations, number of cylinders or purpose for the LPG was identified. This information is needed in order to complete a plan review. A letter was delivered to CSFD on 6/19/14 (p.m.) and dated 6/19/14 by B&H Engineers, Mr. Parsay. SEE ELECTRONIC DOCUMENTS. Letter states "Propane tanks for heating greenhouse are not exceeding 100 gallons each." No further information was provided. Please provide the following information: How many cylinders? Total number of cylinders and specific quantities of each cylinder? LPG report amounts in water gallon capacity What type of heaters? are these permanent? Submit specifications on units. Devices and equipment shall be approved for use (listed and labeled) with LP gas. Where are the heating units located? LP gas equipment shall be installed in accordance with the International Fuel Gas Code and NFPA 58, except otherwise provided in Chapter 38 of the IFC 2009.
