In construction final inspections for Ellicott. Insp. Hanenberg,identified the LPGas install and permit issue.
Dan contacted CSFD, Plan Reviewer to find out what is needed.
Kay instructed Henderson to submit permit application, where found, attach documents and submit for review.
Kay will inquire with FM on whether work without permit fee should be applied.

|Attention|| A permit is required to store, use, handle, or dispense LP-gas or to install or maintain any LP-gas container of 125-gallon or greater aggregate water capacity. Please contact CSFD Office of the Fire Marshal at (719) 385-5978 to obtain the proper forms or additional information.
**** The installation, transportation, storage, and maintenance of LP-gas and associated equipment shall be performed in accordance with the International Fire Code and applicable referenced standards (NFPA 58 current edition).
LP gas tank is proposed to be installed underground to supply fuel for the generator on site.
