The following information and/or corrections are needed prior to conducting a full plan review:
1. Levels are not indicated on the standpipe/stair details. How do I determine if you are installing these on the correct level?
2. Per IFC 905.3.1 manaul dry standpipes shall be locatd so that all portions of the buiding are within 130 ft (30 feet of a nozzle attached to 100-ft of hose). Additional hose valves will be required.
Please note: a complete review could not be performed at the time of the first review due to the lacking required valves at the "bridges" from the cinema building.
At the second review, the hydraulics will not be reviewed at this time due to the need for more hose valves, which may have an impact on the hydraulics and which valves are the most hydraulically remote.
Also review the disapproved plans for additional written comments prior to submittal of new plans.
