Colorado Springs is ranked 6th "Most Wired City" by Forbes.com.  With higher broadband usage than previous years, this is the first year Colorado Springs has made the list of top broadband-connected cities. This rankings are based on the percentage of Internet users with high-speed connections, the number of companies providing high-speed Internet in the area, and the number of public wireless Internet hot spots.  According to Forbes, Colorado Springs and other top cities are models for how to connect the entire country to fast, affordable Internet.
