    This house is representative of the vernacular versions of Dutch Colonial Revival style homes adapted for smaller dwellings. In addition to the characteristic roof, other common features include the front dormer, shingled walls and inset porch with column supports.

    Built around 1902, the earliest recorded residents were George A. Miller, and bookkeeper with the Hassell Iron Works, and his wife Katherine Miller. Locally significant.
