The North Parkside subarea of
downtown generally fits between Monument Valley Park on the
west and Cascade Avenue on the east.
It is composed principally of residences, both
multifamily and single-family, and includes one of the
earliest, intact residential neighborhood in the City.
Notable non-residential buildings include the Van Briggle
Pottery Works and Shepard’s Citations. |
