Grace Episcopal Church has roost stretching back to the beginnings of Colorado Springs. Founded in 1873, the congregation merged with the St. Stephens congregation to construct this wing to an earlier building in 1936. E. Donald Robb of the Boston architectural firm of Froman, Robb & Little designed the building in a style known as Late English Gothic or Collegiate Gothic. Representative features include monumental proportions, battlement towers, arched entrances, and a plentitude of windows.

The organ was donated by Alice Bemis Taylor, who also included an endowment for organ concerts, scheduled so that members of the working class had an opportunity to attend. National Register eligible.
