This building is significant as an example of the Modern architectural style, as exemplified by its horizontally, cantilevered sections, stacked brick, aggregate panels and window bands. The external panels were called Mo-Sai panels, and were manufactured by the Beauty Stone Co. of Denver. It was built in 1960 by Leonard Woltman; William H. Fairbanks was the architect.
Bennett-Shellenberger Realty Co. both managed and occupied the completed building. Locally significant.
