Sub-Surface Revocable Permit

The Revocable Permit application, review and issuance process is administered by City Planning.

However, the review and approval authority for Privately-Owned and/or Operated Monitoring Wells and for Private Connections and/or Discharges to Municipal Storm Sewer System is managed by the City Engineering Division's Stormwater Drainage Team.

To obtain a Revocable Permit for these types of facilities, the Applicant must complete and submit the following form:

Sub-Surface Revocable Permit Form (Monitoring Wells and Stormwater Connections)
