Concrete Permitting

Concrete permits can be purchased from City Engineering Inspections at the Regional Development Center, which is located at 2880 International Circle, Suite 200-1.  This office is open Monday through Friday, from 7:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.

• Upon receipt of the application, City Engineering Inspections will issue a concrete permit within two working days.

• After purchasing a permit, requests for inspection of concrete work/forms or for a building permit sign-off may be called in to City Engineering Inspections office at any time.  Should you reach the voicemail, please leave a message containing the following information:
  • Date/time inspection is needed
  • Location
  • Permit number
  • Your name
  • Your phone number (during normal work hours)

• PLEASE NOTE:  Contractors working in a right-of-way need to be licensed.  Licenses are issued through the City Clerk's office.  That phone number is (719) 385-5112.
