Rick Lewis
Municipal Court Administrator
Mr. Lewis has more than 20 years of court experience at federal, state, and local levels. Before coming to the Municipal Court, he was District Administrator for the 18th Judicial District Court in Centennial, Colorado, overseeing a system of 38 judicial officers and 160+ staff in four counties. Prior to that, Rick served as the Supreme Court Administrator for the Montana Supreme Court in Helena, Montana; and Court Administrator for the Mohave County Superior Court in Kingman, Arizona. Additional experience includes working for the U.S. District Court in Tampa, Florida; and Arizona Supreme Court, Administrative Office of the Courts, in Phoenix, Arizona. Mr. Lewis has a Masters Degree in Public Administration (MPA) from the University of Southern California in Los Angeles, and a Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice from Anderson University in Anderson, Indiana. He is a Fellow of the Institute for Court Management (ICM), Court Executive Development Program, and a member of the National Association for Court Management (NACM).
