Tim Leigh, a real estate broker and partner with Hoff & Leigh, first came to Colorado Springs in 1975 during his army enlistment.
After his tour of duty, he returned to his hometown of Grand Forks, N.D., where he earned his bachelor’s degree in marketing from the University of North Dakota.
In 1983, he returned to Colorado to raise his family.
Tim is actively involved in the Colorado Springs community, serving as a council member and on many service boards.
In addition, he has served the Salvation Army, receiving their prestigious Order of the Red Kettle Award; the Boy Scouts Pikes Peak Council’s capital campaign; the Chamber of Commerce and the Economic Development Corporation.
He considers himself “the duck pond guy; the bike lane guy; the Prospect Lake Beach House guy and the downtown sports arena guy,” and believes, “we need to enhance the culture in Colorado Springs so it naturally attracts the young creative class.
Tim attends the Catholic & Episcopal Church, enjoys all outdoor activities and is involved in rock climbing and Cross-Fit.
