DESCRIPTION: This is a pre-solicitation notice that it is PPACG’s intent to post
the above referenced project on their website (www.ppacg.org) on or around February 15, 2013.
This is a pre-solicitation notice that the Pikes Peak Area Council of Governments
(PPACG) in conjunction with the City of Colorado Springs’ Public Works Department
and Parks, Recreation & Cultural Services Departments, and the City of Woodland Park
will be issuing a REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP) for the following project:
SOLITCITATION NUMBER: PRE SOLICITATION NOTICE ONLY
PROJECT: Planning, Engineering and Public Involvement Services for a
comprehensive regional Non-Motorized Transportation Plan
for the Pikes Peak Region. This RFP package will include subscopes
of work for more detailed sub-area plans for the City
of Colorado Springs and the City of Woodland Park.
DEPARTMENT(S): Pikes Peak Area Council of Governments (PPACG), City of
Colorado Springs Public Works Department, City of Colorado
Springs Parks, Recreation & Cultural Services Department,
and the City of Woodland Park.
