Finance, Planning, & Analysis Manager

Nina Rikoski manages the Colorado Springs Fire Department's Fiscal, Planning, & Analysis Division and the Colorado Springs Police Department's Fiscal Services Section. She has worked for the City of Colorado Springs for twenty-three years. Nina holds a bachelor's degree in philosophy from Beloit College, a master's degree in sociology from the University of Pennsylvania and a doctorate in public affairs from the University of Colorado Denver.  Prior to moving to Colorado Springs, she taught and did research in criminology and criminal justice.
