Priority 1 and 2 Concrete Damage

Priority 2 locations must have at least one of the following:
  • A chipped or broken surface of 75 to 100 percent
  • A vertical settlement drop-off of 2 to 3-inches or greater
    Significant chipping of over 50 percent of the surface area 1/2 to 1-inch deep

Priority 1 locations have Priority 2-level damage and include one or more of the following conditions:
  • Disabled citizen's home access is significantly impeded due to the concrete damage
  • 250 yards proximity to a hospital, school, senior center, or bus stop

Notes

  • Priority 1 designations are based on location or extenuating circumstances only. They do not signify a greater degree of damage than Priority 2 needs.
  • Only Senior Street Division Management may assign Priority 1 status to a repair.
