Sign Information
The new sign code had two readings in front of City Council. The first reading was on March 13, 2012 and the second reading and final adoption was on March 27, 2012. The newly adopted code is provided below. The code will eventually be codified and included in the online zoning code. Use the code below until the update to the new code has been finalized.
Permitting for signs under the new sign code is handled by the Development Review Enterprise. The sign application must be submitted with applying for a new sign, if this sign is an EMC, the EMC Compliance form must also be signed and submitted. The Sign Application and EMC Compliance form are provided below.
To start the process of submitting a Coordinated Sign Plan, begin by submitting a pre-application request form located under Applications and Processing.
