The Colorado Springs Police Department makes no representations whatsoever as to the current state of fitness for occupation of the locations on this list. The presence of a structure on this list serves only to notify the public that a clandestine methamphetamine lab was discovered by law enforcement at a given location. In April 2004, the State of Colorado legislated a method of clean-up or remediation of clandestine methamphetamine labs. Whether a property on this list has been remediated to these post April 2004 State standards is a matter within the jurisdiction of the El Paso County Board of Health, pursuant to section 25-18.5-103 C.R.S. et. seq., Department of Public Health and Environment regulations 6 CCR 1014-3, and Chapter 4 of the Regulations of the El Paso County Board of Health, entitled "Methamphetamine Laboratory Cleanup Regulations", as these provisions are from time to time updated or amended. The Colorado Springs Police Department makes no representations as to whether any locations on this list have been remediated to State standards, or whether they have not been so remediated. The occupation of a structure identified on this list is at the sole risk of the potential occupants. The Colorado Springs Police Department refers potential occupants of these listed locations to the El Paso County Board of Health to learn more about the health risks attendant to methamphetamine use, ingestion, or manufacture, as well as the risks attendant to occupying a structure at which a clandestine methamphetamine laboratory has been in use.
