Meth Lab Recognition
Report a possible Meth Lab
The Colorado Springs Police Department makes no representations whatsoever as to the current state of fitness for occupation of the locations on this list. The presence of a structure on this list serves only to notify the public that a clandestine methamphetamine lab was discovered by law enforcement at a given location. In April 2004, the State of Colorado legislated a method of clean-up or remediation of clandestine methamphetamine labs. Whether a property on this list has been remediated to these post April 2004 State standards is a matter within the jurisdiction of the El Paso County Board of Health, pursuant to section 25-18.5-103 C.R.S. et. seq., Department of Public Health and Environment regulations 6 CCR 1014-3, and Chapter 4 of the Regulations of the El Paso County Board of Health, entitled "Methamphetamine Laboratory Cleanup Regulations", as these provisions are from time to time updated or amended. |
