This is in the downtown area at the corner of Kiowa and Weber Streets. (Kiowa is a one way street heading east, away from the mountains.) The court may be easily accessed from the Interstate 25 by using the Bijou Street exit. If you follow the Bijou exit east, it will lead directly to the court on the left hand side just before Weber Street. Normal business hours are from 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M., Monday through Friday. The main phone number is (719) 385-5922.

Parking/Transportation: Parking is available in the city parking garage at the corner of Nevada Avenue and Kiowa Street or at many metered parking spaces. The court is easily accessible through public bus routes. Visit Springs Transit or if you qualify, Metro Mobility. Taxi services are also available.

Inclement Weather: In inclement weather, the court may grant a stay of execution on a bench warrant for a person's non-appearance. However, this decision is made by the Presiding Judge or his designee and the court cannot guarantee that a stay will be granted. If in doubt, you may call the court at (719) 385-5922 for more information.

Child Care: For those defendants with children, we would like to announce CourtCare, a free child care service. CourtCare is for children whose parents, guardians, or caregivers must appear in court for any reason that may or may not be directly related to that child. For more information, contact CourtCare located at 270 S Tejon, Room S 140 or call (719) 448-7747. CourtCare does provide service on a "first come, first serve basis".

Interpreters: For those patrons who wish to have an interpreter present to help them in their proceedings, the court may order a sign or language interpreter to assist them. Click on Interpreter Information or by E-mail: Court-InterpreterRequest@springsgov.com for more information on the process, or call our Probation department at (719) 385-5923.
