Hazard Elimination and Safety (HES) Program
Projects funded under this grant program seek to reconstruct intersections for improved traffic operations and safety using federal Hazard Elimination and Safety (HES) funds for construction. Design of the intersections is provided by the PPRTA.
Current projects include:
Academy Boulevard Safety Improvements at Bijou Street, North Carefree, and Briargate Boulevard
Airport Road and Powers Boulevard
