The City of Colorado Springs offers a free speakers bureau as a community service to organizations and clubs. It?s a way for you to discover the many services and interesting programs the City offers to citizens. City Insight Speakers stand ready to help Colorado Springs citizens learn more about municipal organizations, programs, and activities, and to address many of the current and pressing issues on the minds of citizens.

As a provider of a range of municipal services such as police, parks and recreation, and public works, the City of Colorado Springs plays an important part in maintaining the quality of life for our community and its citizens.

Scheduling a City Voices Speaker

Advance notice of two weeks is requested to schedule a potential speaker. Contact the City of Colorado Springs Public Communications Office at (719) 385-5256 or jmsmith@springsgov.com with the following information:

• Your topic preference or area of interest (click here for a list of topic ideas)
• The date, time, and location of your meeting
• The approximate size of your audience
• Your organization's name, a contact person and phone number

We will provide you with a confirmation and information on the speaker once we have received the above information.
