Contractor Pre-Qualification

Contractor pre-qualification is done on a project-by-project basis. Forms for a specific project can be obtained by calling City Engineering at (719) 385-5918. The form will include spaces for listing expertise and general company details.
A Supplier/Contractor Application Packet from the City's Purchasing and Contracting Office is required. Purchasing can be reached at (719) 385-5910. Please review the information and return as indicated in the packet. Completed packets should be returned to City Engineering, 2880 International Circle, Suite 200-1, Colorado Springs, CO 80910. Upon receipt of the packet, we will review the information and determine if the necessary criteria have been met for your company to be added to the pre-qualified list. You will not be considered for pre-qualification with City Engineering until the packet is received at our office.It is the City's policy to provide equal and fair opportunity to qualified contractors interested in providing the City with services of capital improvements and other selected projects. |
