City Attorney's Office - Corporate Division

Corporate Division Mission

The Corporate Division of the City Attorney’s Office provides daily legal representation to all departments and enterprises of the City as well as to its elected officials, and its members of boards and commissions. The lawyers in this division work in many areas of the law including transactional law, land use matters, business licensing, economic development, sales and use tax, elections, public works, budget and finance, parks and open space, transportation law, airport operations, open meetings and open records laws, real estate transactions and public safety legal advising.

For the two years prior to joining the City Attorney's Office, Mr. Stein was a solo practioner focusing on probate, wills, trusts, guardianships and conservatorships. He is also on the ComCor Inc., Board of Directors and is Secretary of the Norwood Recreational Association #1.
