The LMI Map identifies low-to-moderate income (LMI) census tracts located within the City of Colorado Springs per the 2000 Census. The percentages listed on the map indicate the percentage of households in each census tract having an income at or below 80% of the area median income as established by HUD. Block grant funding from HUD is available for eligible projects and activities within the LMI census tracts.
