  • A spouse or dependant of a member; or
  • A U.S. citizen residing overseas.

Can I receive my ballot by email or fax?

Note:  By voting electronically, the UOCAVA citizen voluntarily waives his or her right to a secret ballot.

When do I need to have my voted ballot to the City Clerk's Office?
