File number: 10-33770 The Victim: Martique Webster, 37 years old. The Crime: On Tuesday, October 12, 2010 around 1:15 a.m., the Colorado Springs Police Department was notified of a possible dead body at 1248 Potter Dr, the Rustic Hills Park Apartments. A security officer was checking the parking lot area of the apartments when he located an unresponsive male inside of a parked vehicle.The male was later transported to Memorial Hospital, where he was pronounced dead. The El Paso County Coroner’s Office completed an autopsy and determined the cause of death to be a gunshot wound, and the manner of death was ruleda homicide. Nothing further at this time.
