Goals and Purpose of Study
The primary focus of the Academy Boulevard Corridor Great Streets plan is to work in conjunction with the City's land use vision planning process and evaluate how the transportation system and land use can work together to promote the revitalization of the corridor.
The project will develop a comprehensive assessment of the existing characteristics of the corridor, model future land use alternatives, evaluate and screen potential multimodal options and cross sections (including transit), and develop plans that support the goal of revitalizing the corridor.
