Application Packets Now Available
Medical Marijuana Business License Application Packets are available in the City Clerk's Office or may be downloaded below. The packet includes the Colorado Springs City Code and rules governing Medical Marijuana Business Licensing in Colorado Springs, as well as general information and an application checklist.
Completed applications must be accompanied by the $2,200.00 application fee. ONLY certified funds (e.g. certified bank check, cashier's check, money order) payable to City of Colorado Springs will be accepted.
Changes to the Medical Marijuana Rules and Regulations revised May 19, 2012, effective July 1, 2012, are in the application packet, but can also be downloaded separately here.
