Case Description File Number: 83-27347 The Crime: On December 14, 1983 at 9:05 a.m., officers with the Colorado Springs Police Department were dispatched to the area of 400 E Costilla, Colorado Springs, Colorado, reference a car being on top of a possibly deceased person. When officers arrived, they found the victim, Gloria Williams, deceased, partially clothed, underneath her vehicle. Gloria Williams was a known prostitute in the The Investigation: The El Paso County Coroner indicated that Gloria William's death was attributed to blunt force trauma to the head and torso, as a result of being struck by the vehicle. There were also abrasions on the victim's neck, consistent with being strangled. The investigation into Ms. William's death remains an open. | |
