Vending in the Parks

Licensed and insured vendors may purchase permits to vend in the majority of our parks. In order to secure a vendor’s permit, please complete the application and bring the necessary documents to our main office, Monday through Friday from 8 am to 12 pm.
Permits are $10/hour to a maximum of $80 for the day or $300 for a monthly permit. No refunds are given. Vendors must provide current copies of the following:
Vending is prohibited in the Garden of the Gods, Skyview Sports Complex, and Four Diamonds Sports Complex. Those wishing to vend at El Pomar Sports Complex must call 719-630-0168. If a permitted special event is taking place, a vendor must contact the event coordinator directly for permission to work that event. You cannot purchase a permit from the Parks Department and use that for entry to a special event area. A complete calendar of special events along with contact information can be found here. |
