Maps Neighborhood Strategy Areas
Neighborhood Strategy Areas (NSA) must meet certain federal guidelines to use federal funds. Neighborhood Strategy Areas are older areas of the city designated through an extensive survey and planning process. This process results in the creation of a Master Plan used to plot and execute strategies to preserve and improve neighborhoods.
