City Auditorium Facility Rates

Arena - Main Stage Event Separate set-up, rehearsal or special event time	(Minimum 3 hours)
Lon Chaney Theater Separate set-up, rehearsal or special event time	(Minimum 2 Hours)
Auditorium Management Staff	per hour per staff person (Minimum 2 hours)
Custodial Staff	(Minimum 4 hours)

Rates are based on a 12-hour period for each day's event. Events exceeding 12-hour per day will be charged the pro-rated hourly rate for the time in excess of the base 12-hours. Events continuing beyond midnight of the base day will be charged an additional hourly pro-rated amount for the additional time required in the following day.

Renters must provide a minimum $500,000 ($300,000 for Lon Chaney) event insurance policy and the insurance certificate must list City of Colorado Springs Parks, Recreation and Cultural Services Department as an additional insured.
