Arrange a buffet after your tournament or outing by making one selection from this list:
1 Box Lunch
Ham, roast beef, or turkey sandwich on wheatberry bread with lettuce, tomatoes and cheese. Served with chips or pasta salad, and fruit.
2 Breakfast Buffet
Scrambled eggs served with your choices of biscuits and gravy or home fries, bacon and sausage, fruit, toast, orange juice, coffee and tea.
3 Appetizer Buffet
Choice of one of the following: deli meat and cheese tray, buffalo wings or italian meatballs. Served with crudite tray and dessert tray.
4 All-American Buffet
Hamburgers and hot gos served with potato salad, baked beans and chips.
5 Italian Buffet
Your choice of past with marinara sauce and meatballs served with garden salad, two dressings and garlic bread.
6 Mexican Buffet
Enchilada casserole with pinto beans, Spanish rice, tossed salad, and chips and salsa.
7 Evening at the Caddie Shack
Grilled chicken breast with your choice of caper mushroom sauce or mediterranean tomato sauce, rice pilaf or parsely new potatoes. Served with Caesar salad and bread.
