The Colorado Springs Police Department's Homicide Unit has obtained an arrest warrant for a suspect for the charge of Murder in the First Degree in regards to the death of Mr. Isaiah Goss.

Mr. Goss was shot on June 20th and succumbed to his injuries on June 21st, 2010.  The shooting occurred at the Camelot Apartment complex in Colorado Springs.

The Fourth Judicial District Attorney's Office filed charges on the suspect, 17 year old Leonel Hernandez.  Mr. Hernandez has been charged as an adult and his current location is unknown. Leonel Hernandez, with the alias of "Suspect", is a Hispanic male, 5' 9", 145 pounds, black hair and brown eyes.
