The Mill Street Affordable Housing Redevelopment Project consisted of two phases. This project is now complete. The property is located at the southern end of downtown at the corner of Mill Street and Conejos Street.

 

 

 

 

 

New homes in final stages of construction

The Mill Street Housing Redevelopment project consisted of the construction of seventeen single-family homes in the Mill Street Neighborhood. The City, in partnership with Habitat for Humanity, created the opportunity for homeownership to low income families while increasing the stock of owner-occupied housing in the area. This project had a high level of cooperation and assistance from the neighborhood.
