Current Requests for Quotation (RFQs) for Housing Rehabilitation projects administered by the Housing Development Division are listed below.

CURRENT RFQs:

Walk-throughs for rehabilitation of residences have been scheduled, as listed below.  All General Contractors interested in submitting a request for quotation must attend the mandatory walk-through and sign in. Request for quotation and work description are available through the links below.

Upon the award of a housing rehabilitation contract, the contractor must submit copies of the following documents to the Housing Development Division:

  • Contractor License
  • General Liability Insurance
  • Workers' Compensation Insurance as required
  • Equal Employment Opportunity Certification - form HUD-92010

Rehabilitation construction is performed by General Contractors with a Class A, B, or C license. Prior to submitting quotes, contractors must familiarize themselves with the Housing Rehabilitation Program RFQ Policy and the General Specifications Manual.

Contractors and workers planning to perform rehabilitation construction on pre-1978 homes containing lead-based paint must successfully complete Lead-based Paint (LBP) Safe Work Practices Training.  Housing Development hosts LBP Safe Work Practices Training sessions when sufficient numbers of requests are received.
