During snow season, the opportunity is available for Colorado Springs Homeowner Association (HOA) participation in respect to snow removal. This opportunity was developed and made available during the 2008/2009 snow season as a result of HOA requests to provide snow removal within their own jurisdiction.
Due to recent funding
HOA's must comply with City code for snow removal on publicly owned streets and complete the application process in order to receive authorization from the City.
