Applying and paying for your City of Colorado Springs Traffic Control permit online is simple, fast and convenient. First, you need to subscribe to the permit application service by clicking on the “Subscribe” button below.  When you subscribe, you will create your own password and will need to provide a current email address.  Once our department receives your request, a PIN number will be emailed to you.  You will need both your password and PIN number to log in.  You may then login to the secure application and submit the details of your plan to begin. Once the permit is approved, you can pay online and print a copy of your permit directly from the website.

Alternatively, you may apply for your permits online and then pay for them in person at the City Engineering Permits and Inspections office located at 2880 International Circle, Suite 200-1.  Only checks and cash are accepted at the office.  Checks should be made payable to City of Colorado Springs.
